"This is where the complimentary buffet breakfast was served during our stay in the Injap Tower Hotel. Located at the topmost floor of the tower, Horizon Cafe has spacious location. They also serve in-room dining for check-in guests. Going up/down the elevator may take awhile especially during peak breakfast hours."

"The atmosphere is the best, but the food wasn’t that good. It took so much time before the food was served, even though there were only a few customers during that time. You have to enjoy the scenic view and take lots of pictures to make use of the waiting time."

"We dine here around sunset to see the sky. I have few points to make: - Best location by far and cheap. - The waiting time for the food is very long. - There are small cockroaches. - The food is so-so, they could do better with the food choices and make it high end restaurant given the location is really nice. But sadly, they didn't capitalize on that."

The ambiance is great with an overlooking view of the city as it is situated in the 21st floor of Injap Tower. Thank you for regularly assisting me during my stay. "The restaurant is located at the 21st floor of Injap Hotel which is the topmost level. The restaurant is living up to its name since you would be able to view the horizon of Iloilo City's growing urban jungle. Contrary to what I usually hear from peers, the menu is priced reasonably. I love how the food was served in a timely manner. The food choices are amazing and what we had were delectable. The place is also very conducive for lunch/dinner meetings especially that the architectural design is modern and sophisticated."
